As Chief Executive Officer of Globe Realty Group, Umesh Gyanani provides strategic leadership and direction across the company’s real estate portfolio. With more than two decades of experience in the sector, he oversees all aspects of project development, construction, compliance, sales, and marketing. His approach combines a clear growth vision with operational discipline, ensuring that every project reflects the Group’s commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term value creation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gyanani has been affiliated with renowned organizations, including TATA Publishing, ICICI Real Estate Division, and IIFL Realty. He has successfully delivered several landmark initiatives in Rajasthan and beyond. He also founded Realty Gurukul, a knowledge-sharing platform designed to empower small and mid-sized builders in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through innovation and collaboration. His proven track record in managing large-scale land transactions, innovative marketing tie-ups, and channel partner development underlines his ability to drive both strategic expansion and customer trust.
